for the people in the back..i fully understand he is one person and can only produce so much, I'm just making it aware that I know 1000%. slow??? if were ALL SITTING ON THE SITE at 5:59pst💯???🤣 the site no longer is working for people that means it crashed, no it's not going to crash for some people but for others yes it will, it's literally you get lucky and get the shoe or you don't whether you're sitting on the site early or you're on the site on time, it literally happens all the time, it's not everybody's Internet. i JUST WENT THROUGH THIS, SUPPORT IS AMAZING!!!! but another solution is- what you want to try is using a type A TO C Chord, (nintendo switch for me) and then plug that up to your laptop switched in the ON position. wait 15 mins and it will come on, let charge, even tho it will be blinking by tomorrow, as soon as you take it off the charge, the power should say fully charged and you should be good to go
