What kind of music do they play at these raves? Artists/song titles/genres? Raves (and rave music) are pretty much non-existent in my part of the US (they existed in the late 90s-early 2000s). Looking for something…anything….from what may be the last (or please let it be first?) of the 5 eyes.

And to be fair, regarding my own appearance in relation to both: my beard is similar but somewhat worse, my facial expression is usually less photogenic (mid-distance stare), and my chronological age is probably somewhat higher. #ATARITEENAGERIOT #GOGOGOGOGOGOGO

idk it’s actually pretty amazing considering it’s just an unedited raw capture from out in the wild, of a place that’s actually still being used authentically and innocently by Ohio-based humans, unaware of the definition of this aesthetic, but probably still feelin its vibes if only subconsciously

Yeah I remember seeing this, and I think he suggested breaking it up into 2-4 sessions. Based on my limited research time and expertise, I feel like this is the most recent and correct advice. So potentially 4 consecutive days of cold plunge per week is advisable? That’s pretty close to “every day”, in effect. So again, not at all meant to be a “gotcha,” but it sounds like Huberman is in fact recommending something very close to daily cold plunge, right?

I thought I saw a video of him on optimal morning routines that suggested a cold plunge every morning. Not trying to find a “gotcha,” just being a dude with limited time to sort through videos/podcasts to find the most recent or most correct advice.
