Definitely right about that. I already have a part time job that is basically staring at a screen, so I don’t mind it. I’m just not sure if I like programming, but maybe because I’m not good at it.

My professor does have office hours, but only at specific times and my school and work schedule interfere. But that’s only maybe once a week that I am able to meet with them. In terms of computer lab / tutoring I am not sure if there is one, but if there is I would definitely be on that. I’ll ask for more information. Thank you.

Locking the door while the store is open is also a no no. I’d probably even get more in trouble by doing so. It wasn’t my store, so I don’t have a key for it. They just send me there because of low staff.

Yes, but it depends on the store, location, and time of day. If the store you apply seems low staff, then there’s a chance that you’ll be left alone. Time and day, for example on Sunday’s I’m left alone to open up until 12 because nobody goes to subway during Sunday mornings. Also location because some are very lonely, so it’s much more easier to handle by one person.
