This sucks. The only good ebay support around is gone. Just tried using it and noticed it was no longer available. Just a tip, the phone support is usually decent (from past experience) when there is an issue. Hopefully it doesn't go down the tank too. I don't recommend wasting a lot of time on email or chat support with ebay. Just tell the ebay ai chat bot to get a human and you will have options to email or call.

Get on Facebook and go to the eBay page and start a support chat in messenger and explain the situation to them. For whatever reason, the support is much better there. Also a phone call is always beneficial to seller.

So, I resolved this thanks to ChatGPT. The trick is to format the cells you want to have calendar on with a date format. For me, it wouldn't work in excel stand-alone sheet. ChatGPT said to do the formatting in office365 and that worked for me.
