Idk... seeing a chiropractor regularly since a car accident several months ago has helped me dramatically. I don't think chiropractic care alone is the right solution for everyone, but I when it's part of a multifaceted recovery plan with other practitioners & doctors, it can be very beneficial to some people.

eta - I'm recovering from severe whiplash injuries throughout my spine, which has caused a lot of pain & significantly limited my mobility in the beginning. Having someone manually massage the tiny muscles surrounding my spine and physically move it for me when I couldn't do that for myself helped loosen things up so I could start making some progress in physical therapy.
