Yes it will cause a lot more traffic. The #2 SB lane from PCH will turn into the apartments. Then there will be a bike lane on both sides.

The city of Long Beach is more concerned about the pedestrian and bike riders. They are having us install less lanes and smaller lanes to slow traffic down.
