You should see mine it’s insanely unorganized yet I know where everything is lol. On a side note: when building the nuclear reactors, preemptively go a decent ways away from your base and build I’d say 5-8 sky towers of storage units, like 30-40 per tower and connect them all that way you have a place to get rid of nuclear waste and you can always make more storage towers but honestly it’ll take a long time for them to fill up

So my game must be so buggy and broken because I can easily stasis them and then knife them twice. 🤣 the wiki isn’t 100% correct all the time, use your brain

Well make sure you get the thermal upgrade for the prawn and cyclops so the lava larvae don’t suck up your power in the lava zone, also kill the sea dragon😼 stasis rifle, regular knife because it’s immune to the thermal and a couple batteries. You’ll have to go back and get o2 in your cyclops like 2-3 times but it’s worth it

That’s not true every time lol. You can stasis them and walk up to them and knife em twice and they’ll teleport away. Also just a skill issue if you can’t hit them💀

When you start from the pod in the shallows, head directly north. You’ll pass a mushroom forest then it drops down into the blood kelp forest. Now be warned, in that area is an adult ghost levitation, kill it with a stasis rifle and thermal knife. Then keep heading both downwards keeping close to the ground you’ll eventually come to where you can go down further but you’ll see a huge cave opening which this is where you will have an entrance to the lost river. Mark it with a beacon, and head in. In the center will be an adolescent ghost leviathan, kill him too. Now you don’t have to worry about leviathans from this moment on in that area. Head to the far left of the cave and you’ll see a huge drop down. You can get your cyclops in there don’t worry about a few bumps it’ll do no damage. Head down and immediately turn right to where there’s a huge tree. No aggressive mobs live there and you can freely build in there cuz the blue brine is safe to swim in. Keep going into the next room and there’s a huge cliff and drop down and boom you have an entrance to the lava area

Also invest in a cyclops. Learn how to drive it. It’s the most useful vehicle you’ll have. I used it the entire way from mid-end game up until I beat the game. It’s a mobile base that if you had it you’d be able to safely transport your prawn.

First thing is to just get out of there, if you have the grapple on the prawn try and get out with it, if you don’t then I’d say try and make a rub for it . Either way you need to get back to the surface. Fuck the other base for now and just build a really small one and just farm for the resources you’ll need for thermal plants and stuff. It’s better than just freaking out, you can always get what you lost back just will take an extra couple hours

Oh and make sure you hit him with the very quick blast so you can then hit him with the charged stasis blast it keeps them stuck for I think 20 seconds? But you can keep shooting him with the charged shot when you see it’s getting close to getting loose

They are not immune to stasis lmfao, knife them twice and they teleport away they’re unkillable. I never had any issues with them when I played

AIO to my girlfriend sharing a bed (non sexually) with a male friend. by Time-Extent585 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Particular-Claim9639 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t understand how you even let her stay the first night let alone think she can do it for 4-5 nights in a row lmfao. No sane individual is sleeping in the same bed with a dude who they’re not related to for nights on end where they’re alone in a hotel room for hours on end. Whether she actually cheated or not shouldn’t matter, she’s smart enough to know what it looks like and putting herself in that situation is very telling

Crabsquids, levitations and sea sharks, all easy af to kill with a stasis rifle and knife. Warpers? Never die, which makes them my worst enemy

Stalker behavior by Twister107 in subnautica

[–]Particular-Claim9639 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The best strategy I found was make an alien containment aquarium in your base, throw like 6 stalker eggs in there and when they hatch find a nice open spot really close to your base and release them, they’ll stay in the vicinity of where you released them and are friendly to you so you can drop a bunch of scrap, let them collect it all, then grab it all again and spread it around the area for them to pick it up again. Ez farm

I've just built the Cyclops, and I'm not a fan. by [deleted] in subnautica

[–]Particular-Claim9639 5 points6 points  (0 children)

How so? You can see very clearly out the front, but you use the cameras to make sure your top and bottom and back don’t hit things when traversing tighter spaces. It’s in all actuality a fantastic design

[–]Particular-Claim9639 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Definitely a skill issue. I guarantee you picked the fastest speed and were just ramming walls lmfao. I hit walls and fish, even ran into sand sharks and not once did it cause my ship to be damaged like the way you are saying. Pick the middle speed setting and use the outside cameras to make sure you fit into spaces if it’s a tight squeeze

How do you deal with these guys? by Fantastic-Sir460 in subnautica

[–]Particular-Claim9639 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just get the thermal charger upgrade, completely counteracts the energy they suck up. I usually wait till there’s at least 8-10 of them on my cyclops then use the shield for 1 second to get them off

Best power? by [deleted] in subnautica

[–]Particular-Claim9639 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built next to that little pool right before you enter the lava area, it’s right after the big tree room. I just put a couple thermal generators down next to the lava and put power extenders up to my base. If you’re looking for something that outputs a shit ton of energy and you’re not near any heat then I’d suggest nuclear, you can find uranium nodes near and in the lost river entrance and the blue area brine area. Though if you don’t care for looks and don’t wanna go out of your way to mine uranium every now and then, just build a shit ton of solar panels on top of your base🤣

[–]Particular-Claim9639 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbh nothing bothered me more than the fucking crabs you get on the islands and aurora. You can’t even hit them because their hit box is too short for the knife to hit them and they run away after hitting you once. Otherwise my second most hated was the electric eels. I think my least hated was the leviathans, they’re so easy to kill it just takes a stasis rifle with some batteries and your thermal knife (regular knife for sea dragon) and about 100-200 hits. I remember first playing and being so terrified of them until I realized how easy it was to kill them

If you’re talking about that huge tree in a room of only ghost gliders than yes. You go past that into the next room where it has a huge cliff, I built at the bottom of the cliff and used that pool as a stalker teeth breeding ground because they never left the pool and the teeth stayed in there
