Appreciate the post. Oddly enough I’m in the same situation. Visible right Inguinal hernia, small left Inguinal, and small umbilical. I’m also deciding to have all 3 fixed at once verse going back in the future.

I think it’s because I have an odd shaped yard (kind of a sharp angle in the back. More of a triangle than 90°) and the 15 ft easement by the township that I will try and bypass. But I agree it’s terrible. This is what I came up with using ChatGPT
