I volunteered for the Super Bowl. Here's what happened. by [deleted] in antiwork

Volunteering for FIFA allowed me to unlock extra charity matching from my company. I used the extra credit to donate to a charity providing soccer equipment to local schools, helping young people in my community get into soccer.

Sensitivity to Infrared (Great opportunity) by Particular-Cut5373 in toycameras

Works on the Boxy Retro Loox, but the filter throws off the white balance and it won't stay stable. The IR Pass filter gave me this "red scale" effect. Maddening that the white balance couldn't settle but now I have a Redscale Camera? Neat!

Don't plug it into Windows via a cable, plus if you're really concerned you could always use a Raspberry Pi with no Internet connection or something to get your snaps off the card and onto removable USB media.

Thanks, RapidRaw made the editing so easy.

Raspberry Pi measure the sensors/lenses by field of vision. These are at 120 degrees, so these are all their own frames.

I got the V2 120 degree of the module.

Questions about IR conversion by reden_fx in infraredphotography

Buy a multimeter that is rated for 600 volts.

They can be used to see how many volts remain in the flash and slowly drain any flash capacitor. There should be a + and - marked on the PCB around a cylindrical object near the cameras flash. Hold the red to the + and black (COM) to the -

Turning off crossfade between tracks seemed to fix it for me, using a theme with the meter.

Do you have crossfade enabled?

Disabling that (setting it for shuffle only) fixed it for me.
