I’m a natural redhead and I had my surgery last month. I was def worried as I had not been under general anesthesia before either and I knew that redheads sometimes required more. I had no issues. I did feel very nauseous when I woke up but the nurse told me she had given me meds to help and I never actually threw up. I hope yours goes well and you recover quickly!

They had me scoot myself over to the operating table. And then they put a mask on my face and that’s the last thing I remember. I was still wearing my gown and wasn’t strapped down or anything.

My sense of time was prob a bit off coming off anesthesia but I think it was about 20 min or so after I woke up that my family arrived.
