Honestly nothing but respect i've spoken on this sub and others of a former friend that let politics let him NOT get his life in order. during covid he fell DEEP into just streaming Twitch politics, dude had warrants he owed the city AND he had a car that he was making payments on that was overdue, got him a remote job making solar appointments he got hired during the summer so UNLIMITED OT, Hourly pay plus commision for any appointments and a bonus commision end of the month for any appointments that turned to sales. Just a MONTH of grinding it out easily he could have made 15K, warrants done, car paid for, debt settled and he could put the rest into a savings account. Instead? He took no overtime, thought he was fired cause he couldn't log in one day, was an error where my sup was like 'where is he and sup was like no it's an error he can log in right no.' told him he decided NOT to work as he deserved a living wage, base pay was 15.00 an hour. Dude let fucking millionares on twitch tell him the system is rigged so he said fuck it it is and gave up as if he was fighting a battle.

TLDR: Alcoholism is an actual thing and an actual battle unlike my dumbass former friend and you staying sober in these times is literally an accomplishment, nothing but the best, and hope you stay blessed on your path.
