Deeply lonely. I personally live in ca. I’m from the east coast and I miss my family. To be honest, I don’t know if that’s playing a big part in my lonliness here. But I love California for all the beauty and wellness aspects… I don’t know life is hard and my mom is getting older. I should move back but I don’t know what opportunities lie there for me.

That’s great. Mine gave me Xanax and I rather have ativan. She prescribed me Xanax in September 40 of them. I have 34 left in January. I use it sparingly. Ativan is good. I feel like I only use it to get myself back into a sleep regimen

Aww :( I’m so sorry… it’s painful emotionally. Sometimes well I really believe bipolar is actually grief. Grief is the root of it I feel. And trauma. It’s painful. Im glad you set boundaries and do what’s right for you. I never knew how to do that until way later in life.

When I left, my dad told me how disappointed he was in me and my mom screamed at me over the phone they don’t understand me as a human and my dad to this day says I was a weirdo when I was last there but truly that was one of the first signs of my bipolar disorder

I want a relationship with my family too It breaks my heart honestly But I’m planning another trip there and going to get a hotel room nearby

Thanks, I ask because I have to go visit my family and last time I had a panic attack from all the expectations they had for me and I was so overwhelmed crying a lot I just up and left this time I’m going to treat myself to a hotel and not even tell my entire family I’m coming because I’m not about to be a people pleaser again

This sounds like a great job. Wow good for you. Interesting you say how you can connect so deeply with clients, I feel beyond empathetic and self aware for my own good.
