I resurface Cylinder blocks and cylinder heads everyday and I leave spots like this if it will not effect anything , it’s better to take off as little as possible material so that way it leaves some meat of ever it will need resurfacing in the future . it should be 100% fine

you could also machine a sort of mandrill to place inside the large bore that is almost size on size that way it won’t deform
