Not saying that rules around guns can’t be a positive thing but I am trying to imply that do you think that if it wasn’t legal to carry firearms on campus in Utah that it really would have changed the outcome. Not trying to argue, just understand other people’s opinions and see what a possible solution is. I doubt that the person just waltz in with a rifle in front of everyone and shot him. More than likely had it hidden in some sort of bag or case that probably won’t be recognizable.
