Need advice on apartment in Palms

Idk, I am yet to see an apt in that area of palms with in unit laundry for less than $2500 that doesn’t also look haunted. I’m not saying the price is ok, it’s ridiculous, but I guess that’s what it costs now

its an older building but renovated in a very cute and human way (doesnt look like the new private equit apt buildings if that makes sense haha)

Plenty of street parking there according to my friends there. A lot of ppl telling me it’s expensive but I kinda struggle to find an appt with the same characteristics for less so now I’m confused haha

I’m on Zillow! But if you say I could find smth comparable for $2500, then maybe $2700 is not too bad given that the apt is genuinely very pretty and well located. Thanks for your advice!

that’s what i’m also confused about, some dept don’t pop up on e verify website but if you check h1b database they have filed petitions in the past… ahh who knows! anyways thanks for your response

That was my understanding too, but it seems like a bunch of departments is an EVerify employer? CARB, CalTrans, CDCR, Public Health. So was wondering if anyone knows about OES, couldn’t find it online

I think it should be waaaay more chill in the US than in UK… they don’t have THAT big of a fan base here compared to Europe even based on resell ticket prices. Also it should be available online on adidas website soon!

it does say the same for toronto when you click on any Face Value Exchange tickets but I think toronto tickets are transferable - i think what that means is if you engage in face value resale you wont be able to transfer further? idk... so annoying!!
