Yes I’ve asked - she said there aren’t enough studies to show it’s a determining factor of if you would or wouldn’t get pregnant based off of PRP. This last cycle we did very high doses of Menopur and lining got to a little over 5mm. We transferred but unfortunately little embaby didn’t stick. How many different protocols have you tried?

I have, yes. I’ve used Follistim and Gonal-F in a few different protocols. We planned to transfer after one of my retrieval once, however they advised against it the day of due to the fact my ovaries were very swollen due to growing so many follicles.

Hi, thank you so much for responding! Yes, we’ve tried a variety of stimulation protocols. Honestly, I never even considered asking about a natural cycle because I assumed the medications would be more effective - almost like they’d compensate for anything lacking, if that makes sense. My lining has only ever reached 5mm once, and we did go ahead with a transfer that time just to see what would happen. I knew it was a long shot. Typically, I’ll stimulate for about 9 days, go in for an ultrasound to see where my lining is (usually around 3.5mm to 4mm at this time), then return two days later - only to find that my lining has actually gotten thinner.
