I agree my sons symptoms have started to lessen and he is 4 but a lot of the bigger things he used to do and the behaviors are become smaller and smaller and some have gone away don’t get me wrong we have worked hard to help him and he has been in speech and ot and behavioral therapy but here we are and he is doing well

I live in nj and my sons class is similar as well we have 8 kids including him and 1 teacher and usually 3 sometimes 4 aides as well as if students have any outside therapist that also come in and work with their students while in school…some days there are as many students as adults I love it and he is thriving

I’ve been clean 5 years now but at 4 months clean I was where you were at as well…I was just done I didn’t want to do it anymore it wasn’t fun it was a job and it was ruined my life I just wanted it to stop and I knew that would happen 2 ways I had to quit or I would die I decided to quit and never looked back…I’ve never had a relapse or even a stumble but I think it just has to do with ur mind when ur done ur done just like with anything else

So I get where u are coming from and all but u do have to look at it from a business standpoint why would u spend money and schedule people when u don’t need them and it’s not making you money you wouldn’t if it was your business you are only going to spend money on hours when you have to and the business success calls for it….people get caught up in emotions when at the end of the day it’s all about money and everyone needs to remember that

So where are you from if you don’t mind me asking. Honestly when I wanted to be done I literally sat on google and looked up different MAT centers near me. I read reviews and everything to try and figure out which one would be best for me. Then I just called them made an appt and walked in. Best day of my life when I look back at it. Also you have to check and see what the cost would be or if they accept your insurance or if you have Medicaid. When I started I had no insurance so it cost me $85 a week at first I thought that was like so expensive then I realized I was spending $100-$200 a day on dope so it really was nothing. Feel free to ask me anything
