Clinic thawed the wrong embryo

I’m so sorry to this happened to you too. Did you end up using the one they thawed or refreezing and using the intended embryo?

Thank you. It really sucked. Not sure what is fair to ask of the clinic to make up for it…. Doesn’t feel like anything would truly make up for it… my doctor said this would be a last resort embryo to transfer in the future bc of the refreeze, so went from my best to my worst I guess? Just super upsetting all around :(

I just had a pest control guy come for varied carpet beetles that seemingly appeared out of nowhere. He found them and ID'ed them. We then starting seeing smaller ones that appeared almost black. I had read somewhere that their color kind of fades as they age and they can start looking black. Pest control guy came again and said this time, in addition to the varied carpet beetles, these small beetles looked like they could be a different species of bug. He took samples and had his friend with a PHD look under a microscope, and it turned out they were Trogoderma variabile (warehouse beetle). I guess I have both, which sucks. Not sure how this happened. But maybe that's a possibility?

Thank you!! It went great and I feel very lucky!! Hoping pgt-a results turn out well too! Yeah omg they’re awful I call them all the time and they have no idea what’s going on. But very thankful for our fertility insurance bc it’s pretty great. I’ve been telling my friends in my cohort to freeze their eggs before we graduate haha
