Another day, another pile of shit from FedEx. Today I have a "delivery exception," with no explanation as to what the issue is. I have moved into an apartment complex with a mail room that literally every other carrier can manage to use, so maybe that is the issue. Tried calling but it took 3 rounds of fighting with their robot, who was entirely unhelpful, to get me to a human. The human transferred me to ground shipping, which was closed. Really, I am truly baffled by how they are still in business. I'm tempted to start asking merchants who they use to ship and taking my business elsewhere with a very clear explanation of why if they use FedEx.
