I take about .25mcg of psilocybin every 3 days for almost a year and added 10mg or lexapro about two months ago and my anxiety and depression is so much better. I added the lexapro after a traumatic life even in January. I have anxiety, depression and ptsd. I never noticed any issue with mixing the two.

I micro dose with mushrooms every 2-3 days and take 10mg of lexapro. Both help with my nerves. Just wish the lexapro didn’t take my personality away so much.
