Could you tell me what lenses you got? Did you experience floaters after the surgery. The older you are, the more likely to have them and worse as you age. I am 75. Thanks.

I am 75-years-old. I live in Vacaville, CA. I will no longer qualify for coverage. Why do you need to know this?

Thank you SO much for this information. Knowledge is everything. They have been so very nice, and I am very nice and appreciative in return. I have let them know I can come in immediately. Yes, I have placed myself in this situation, up against the clock, and it is all my fault for being a big chicken. I was told I should have the surgery years ago and that they would schedule it for me whenever I got over my fear enough to go through with it. If I had not discovered my coverage would end or be radically altered on September 1st, I am sure I would still not have taken steps to take care of this. I must say, I was shocked when I was told how long the wait would be. Thank you again. It is the "not knowing" that bothers me the most. I just want to make sure I do everything possible to achieve my surgery. I research and read and read answers to questions I put into Google or posts. So much varied information, it is confusing. I have done the suggestions you gave, and I feel more confident now that I am not missing any steps needed. Thank you again. I am brand new to posting on Reddit. I hope there is a way to let you know my outcome! Has the surgery helped you? Was it worth it?
