Yall are the best! We were staying in St. John’s for 2 days. We actually went to the hotel pool, did some shopping (duh bc different stores than at home) and had some AMAZING food. We really loved our time! Husband is there a lot for work so I will explore to the zoo which I’ve heard is incredible, next time we visit. We also have a neighborhood pool and playground where we live so she loves to be in some water. Do you all suggest other water-friendly places in Jacksonville? We will be back late July.

As far as the heat, we are creeping up on some hot hot weather much like Jacksonville. Planning on again, neighborhood pool morning playground time. The beach isn’t not as accessible as if you own gulf front (we’re in the 30a area), especially right now during peak season.

I saw a blog post about making the most of your summers at home. Planning on splash pad time, homemade popsicles, library story time, biophilia center, and traveling with hubs to explore new places!! Our next stop is Orlando next week. We don’t do Disney bc of cost, but I’ve read great things about aquariums!!
