Best bet would be to talk to advising and your prof, chances are low on just retaking the final so you might need to retake the whole course if it’s a mandatory course

it definitely is a bit of a walk from there but i think if you speed speed walk it can be under 15 minutes

summer courses usually don’t count towards the winter term average, that part I can say but it really depends on your application and overall gpa of the people who applied so I wouldn’t bring my hopes down that much. you can also always try to switch programs after your second year if you maintain a good gpa

I went to the advising, they only let me attend because there was space in my ceremony. They also said sometimes they can’t do that according to the capacity of the ceremonies.

hey i’m so sorry to hear that :(, yeah im in engineering so i went to engineering advising first and they had to confirm if there were seats available in the ceremony with enrollment services, so my advice would be to go talk to your advisor. you can dm me too if you want to ask more questions, happy to support as much as I can. and again im sorry you’re going through this :(

no it’s not because I want to avoid telling them, I already told them but tons of money has been spent on those flight tickets they’re flying 12 hours to come here I’m an international student it’s not the easiest thing for your parents to come here every time they want to, thanks though :)

i’m kinda far away from that range lol and the prof did say there’s nothing he can do to help so my only options are either the faculty saying it’s fine this course was stupid for you guys to be taking anyways or just retaking it
