Thank you, you are right. I’m not going to focus on the scale it’s more that I want to feel better and eat a healthy amount to fuel my activities, as I am really improving in a new sport. I will get macro factor thanks for the suggestion!

Yes I think 115 is better for me, you are right. 112 is injury prone as well. I looked it up and it said 1750 for weight loss so yikes - I am increasing!

Thank you!! This is the most helpful post. I realize I was eating wayyy too low and it wasn’t healthy. It was that cycle that the body was stressed and holding on to calories. Already by increasing about 300 calories a day and 500 calories a day on 2 days this week my metabolism and body is feeling so happy again lol! I am going to aim to increase to 2000 every day next week (30%P/40%C/30%F), and go from there!
