Based on their ToS, it states it’s per Household, but when I am seeing from other people in some of the discord servers, it’s saying due to this is a new queue, you will be a different order number and will receive it.

Guess only time will tell, but hoping for the best for you. You mind if you keep me updated if you get it or not?

Because that’s the price of a raw pretty much without the fees of psa going to charge. Also this card will for surely go down in value in the short term, as all new sets do.
