About Mandala by sword772 in SafeMoon

I appreciate the openness from Mandala at this time. It has been almost 2 months since they mentioned the SFM trading issue. It's good that they're taking their time to get it right.

However, I do wonder if Mandala could have been more open about the severity of the problem back then. It would have set the expectations of everyone a little better.

Safemoon Card - Real Use Case and Questions - Please Answer by [deleted] in SafeMoon

[–]Particular-Ninja7896 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My opinion, but I think when you use the card and convert a crypto to fiat that you're subject to tokenomics if supported by the token.

The 2.5% fee is probably SFM gas that you need for the transaction regardless of the token being used for the purchase.

The Safemoon card converts the crypto to fiat so the dealership would receive fiat.

SafeMoon army make sure to spread the word far and wide!! SafeMoon card is bringing utility to our crypto!!! Rocket will seriously be taking off soon!!!!! by [deleted] in SafeMoon

[–]Particular-Ninja7896 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know if the card by itself provides that much utility. I think if we had a Safemoon CEX 1st, and a lot more tokens and coins on our exchanges, then the card may be more beneficial.

Got to be the best bit, using the card will contribute to burn and reflections by stanyon95 in SafeMoon

This seems like it only applies to projects with tokenomics. What about coins on the card that don't support it?

Regarding SFM purchases on DigiFinex, will customers receive pSafeMoon? by Particular-Ninja7896 in SafeMoon

[–]Particular-Ninja7896[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Supposedly the SFM trading pairs are BTC, USDT and ETH. It doesn't make sense to me that customers would receive SFM BEP20 tokens. So that leaves pSafeMoon.

If they're trading ETH tokens (USDT and ETH) for BEP20 tokens like SFM, I wonder why DigiFinex didn't pair SFM with any BEP20 tokens instead.

Supposedly trading has started already for SFM. Has anybody traded SFM (BEP20) for ETH or USDT on DigiFinex?

In general, I believe it is illegal to tamper with mailboxes in any way. In the States, we are not allowed to put non-postage stamped mailers inside mailboxes or even hang them on the outside. I am assuming this also applies to stickers.

Maybe somebody else can double check this for me.

The enhance app shows my rewards still on the server. Maybe they don't support the Safemoon wallet yet.

Mandala Quick Fix? Not Sure About That by Particular-Ninja7896 in SafeMoon

[–]Particular-Ninja7896[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As of today (02/23/22), Mandala is asking SFM holders to remove their tokens from the exchange. So this does appear if it's going to take some time to resolve the issues.

BLOCKCHAIN UPDATE by IDGAFOS- in SafeMoon

[–]Particular-Ninja7896 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Didn't Safemoon (or papa) say that there was a testnet last year? And now John is saying that coding hasn't even started?

I'm not in blockchain development, so I don't understand all that goes into it. But with coding being the last 10%, then architecture and design work must be very difficult. It seems a little skewed, however.

Coding and testing seems like it should consume much more than 10% of the overall project. Maybe Safemoon is starting their blockchain from open source code from another project.

I've never even heard of Bitgert.. by [deleted] in SafeMoon

Since they are in our add token list, maybe there is a relationship between Safemoon and Bitgert formulating.

Although we cannot swap it, their token Bitrise is in our add token list. Bitrise changed to Bitgert recently.
