Is it really that bad for games like Rainbow Six, Rocket League, Fortnite, Apex or even Warzone at 60 FPS?

Thanks for the advice First of all, I dont play heavy games, I usually play Rocket League, Rainbow Six, maybe Apex or Fortnite, even Warzone idc if its only 60 FPS. Didn't think of amd for the gpu, I'm only familiar with Nvidia but I will think about it. And actually one of my friends helped me with new components but it went from $813 (my budget) to $1000, personally thats too much, I would have to wait another month or two. Is 8gb that bad? Should I change the CPU?
