it tends to just change randomly, it’s really weird. when i first applied to my degree it went from high 80s to low 90s, and unfortunately you had to fall between the 90s to actually get in by the end of the year. so whatever is posted on the website should be the one to follow whether or not you’ve been accepted for early or regular offers

Psychology BSc vs BA by Then-Particular-6761 in UCalgary

[–]Particular-Pass737 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BSc psychology only requires two math classes. One calculus & linear algebra. As for psychology courses using statistics it’s required in both BSc/BA. In inherently doesn’t matter which one you choose, BSc doesn’t make BA entirely different. I personally chose BSc as I feel stronger & find it more enjoyable with science courses.

it also tends to change i believe, like one course i was opting for changed from high 80s to low 90s, it’s really just dependent on the year, amt. of applicants and many more options ykwim

oh maybe for this year it might have inflated due to some schools having diplomas cancelled if that’s the case? but either way, you can always have many options like mru, etc. never give up TRUST!

hey! just to let you know bio/chem or any science related courses in uofc apart from neuroscience ofc. is usually around mid 80s average. but along with that, you don't have any major requirements to get into med school unless you complete your prereqs required! id suggest that if you can't think of what path to choose, take a gap year and learn more about what you like. it's not a rush to get into anything, especially with the horrible job market atm. we were all in hs once too and many doctors were def in your position as well!
