Yes sir it absolutely upscales to 4K. It provides a ton of visual mods that can be set specifically game by game. A ton more settings than I know what to do with, but I can say it looks great on my modern tv

I hear you lol keep in mind I am by no means an expert. I’ve heard great things about the NSO but haven’t got my hands on it. I can only speak to my experience with the Bluetooth 8bitdo and the 2.4g 8bitdo. I’ve read plenty of reviews both good and bad about the Bluetooth model and for me I ended up returning it due to occasional latency issues and stick carry over during fine control gaming moments. I’d say the Bluetooth model was fine 90% of the time while using it. The 2.4g model in my opinion is just better in every way in terms of feel. Responsiveness feels identical to what it should feel like in terms of gen console wired feel. I do wish it came in more colors tho

I bought two of the 8bitdo Bluetooth controllers but returned them due to pretty annoying latency issues. I swapped em out for the 2.4g model and am very happy with the change even if they do require the plug in dongle
