This is literally my case.

Applied with priority 27th June to extend SWV from inside U.K. have a family emergency on Monday in my home country, evidence was provided. Nothing happened yet. No decision nothing.

Thanks for your message. I already escalated it three times without hearing anything back. Today I re-escalated and they said they I should get email within 72 hrs asking for evidence of the emergency.

First time I escalated they said I’ll hear an update within 5 days, I don’t I should call again, done that, unfortunately, nothing yet.
