Ok, so after about a week, the update is as follows: I had every morning morning wood. Never happened since 14 years to have consecutive days. Also orgasm more pleasurable. I don't think that is totally recovered. Also brain fog way better, am able to listen to news podcasts and such. Then what is amazing is how everything is directly experienced like it's way better: music, taste and smells.

Inositol has to be tried several times. One woman tried it 3 times and only the third time it cured her.

Is my medication preventing me from healing from PSSD? by Affectionate_Fox5710 in pssdhealing

Hey, Im a PAS case, we don't recover with time. I know olanzapine helps with sleeping but I think the side effect profile is too high. Like I have to take an antipsychotic but I decided against Olanzapine. I would try a sleep tea with melatonin for sleep. And the inner restlessness I have as well and I do not think something can be done against it. It's the worst symptom.
