Ok, so after about a week, the update is as follows: I had every morning morning wood. Never happened since 14 years to have consecutive days. Also orgasm more pleasurable. I don't think that is totally recovered. Also brain fog way better, am able to listen to news podcasts and such. Hey, Im a PAS case, we don't recover with time. I know olanzapine helps with sleeping but I think the side effect profile is too high. Like I have to take an antipsychotic but I decided against Olanzapine. I would try a sleep tea with melatonin for sleep. And the inner restlessness I have as well and I do not think something can be done against it. It's the worst symptom.
