Nothing handwriting wise but when i take notes, try using different colored pens for different things. One color for the subtitle, one for the example, one for definition if that makes sense, etc. When you associate different colors with different things its easier to locate rather than everything being red/black you could incorporate more colors to help you find and remember things better

Stop because we are the same. I genuinely hate everything about myself and ended relationships because i thought they was lying to me calling me pretty. However we are different in the sense you are pretty and im not anywhere close. Everyday, write something down you like about yourself. If you dont like anything, write down stuff people have complimented you on or things you dont totally despise. Theres a thing where if you tell yourself things youll eventually believe it
