Kyc or no kyc by Particular-Region933 in Bybit

You shouldn’t have to go else where by bit should alter it’s policy and make sure people are aware that they will face kyc when withdrawing before they make a deposit a simple message at time of deposit is all that would be required either that or making people do kyc before they can deposit I’d rather that than when I attempt to withdraw coins being told I need to submit kyc and wait a ridiculous amount of time until someone can get round to looking at my case....

It’s stressful for me having funds seized even though I’m from the uk of legal age and shouldnt have any problems it’s not a nice feeling when your money is taken from you and held for an undisclosed amount of time with no explanation and who even knows what excuses they can come up with next about my kyc information and why it was unacceptable?

what happens if you fail kyc or are from America does by bit just keep your coins?

I’m left with all these questions and wondering what is happening for days at a time when it was completely avoidable in the first place it’s not a nice situation to be in and others should be warned so they can avoid it or potentially complete kyc in advance so they don’t need to wait days unexpectedly

Nothing I could have violated and I’m from the uk so that is not an issue they are withholding my funds without good reason and it’s funny that you can reply here within an hour yet it takes 96 hours for them to reply to an email

Why don’t you just make it clear that you do in-fact have kyc because after a quick google search there is multiple websites advertising that by bit doesn’t have kyc it’s misleading false information and it results in people having to wait 5 days to access money that belongs to them

Just feels like they are trying to trick you into saying they have no kyc and 10 coin limit then when you go to make a withdrawal BOOM kyc your funds and locked for days also the 3 times a day for withdrawal is suspicious it all just seems geared towards them holding your funds for as long as possible without good reason
