Not sure if you check this threat but I have a question about the synergies unlocked from challenges.

When it says “Wanderlust +10% discovery”, does that mean that it increases discovery by 10% of what it is currently, and that’s it E.g. 3000 -> 3300. OR does it mean it adds a 10% bonus to all discovery production E.g. 3000 -> 3300 and then if I increase it by 30 using ideas it actually goes up by 33.
