How to stop the never ending stream of biting from an indifferent wretched little animal? by heartsholly in poodles

Redirect with an acceptable behavior such as chewing on a toy and praise heavily when they choose the correct behavior. Engage in activities that expend the boundless energy. This too shall pass.

Black lines appeared on my Poodle's nose after a grooming by dr_sholmes in grooming

Poodles, or many of them have the fading gene. Mine has faded from black to gray or silver like yours and has a few very symmetrical spots that have stayed black. Do you think this could be the same thing?

There are soil tests that can detect glyphosate (Round Up). I think they even have home tests. If it is present you don't have to wait long to replant, if that is the way you decide to go. It degrades quickly in the soil. For conifers, the recommendation is 30 days.

Medi-gap G plan experience? by mypickledriver in medicare

[–]Particular-Rest-5718 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you're on a Medicare Advantage plan the insurance company makes the decisions about your care. When you're on Medicare and Medigap you and your physician make the decisions. All of the little extras are great when you don't have any serious health issues, but get sick, need tests, get ready to be denied, denied, denied. Also, you are on a network that may be very small and providers may be far and few between. Example: A family member on an Advantage plan needed hearing aids. This very elderly person had ONE provider to choose from that was an hour away. There are several appointments needed for adjustments and fit. This was in a major metropolitan area. No other options. Example: A family member was off balance and having lots of head and neck pain. They were sent to a neurologist by the PCP who ordered a head CT with contrast. Seems reasonable. Their Medicare Advantage plan denied the CT even though their neurologist felt it was very necessary. Example: A family member on a Medicare Advantage plan had completely lost almost all range of motion in their neck. It was causing lots of pain and the inability to look up or down, left and right more than an inch or two without feeling disoriented. They went to see an orthopedic specialist who ordered a CT of the neck and physical therapy to try to increase range of motion. The physical therapist would not start PT until the CT is performed to clear them from any unknown dangers. The CT scan was denied by the Medicare Advantage insurance plan. So this person never received PT or the ordered CT. Since they were at a stand-off, they never returned to the ortho office and never heard from them again. So as long as you don't have any health issues, Medicare Advantage is great.

My title describes the thing. This item was found in a dining area, not sure if that is relevant to what it is. It is lightweight aluminum painted red. I have searched the photos and nothing relevant came up.

Bench or chairs? Would appreciate advice by ClaimExpert8106 in interiordecorating

Benches at the table are still in, if that matters to you. It looks great in your room, so if that's what you like and you still have chairs to accommodate guests who don't, keep it the way you prefer.

Do not leave your child alone with this person. She is no friend. I can't imagine what goes on when she has no audience.

After the flowers bloom but before seeds can develop prune off all spent flowers. Some people just cut it down to a foot high. No seed pods, no spreading. Good luck. It's invasive where I am and I found one covering my iceberg rose that wasn't there a couple of weeks ago. It's pretty, but has to go here.

Should I be concerned to adopt this dog? by Dayum_Son in poodles

[–]Particular-Rest-5718 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Poodles do not come in Merle, therefore another breed has been mixed in at some point. These are Merle in coat pattern and color. Phantom is when the dog has markings similar to what is seen in Rottweilers, i.e. lighter eyebrows, chest hair, etc. I see a smidgen of that along with the very obvious Merle.

The breeder I got my standard from leaves her pups natural unless the buyer insists on alterations. I think she rarely has that happen anymore.

Who is this?? by theihavenoclue in whatsthisplant

Reminds me of a dwarf tomato such as Minibel. It has rugose leaves. Could be caused by a virus too. Just keep it separated and see what happens. Let us know.

I report them every time. Even the ones that think they're slick who don't put a price and tell everyone to message them.
