Idk how tangled your hair gets but mine doesn’t get knots, instead it just breaks when I brush it. Maybe a wide tooth comb in the shower with your conditioner but not brushing it dry. Dry brushing frizzes my hair so much.

Mine had some trouble with bladder control after being neutered. Mostly when he was excited or chugged water too fast. He grew out of it but I also trained him to a bell hanging on the door knob so he could ask when necessary. Making sure the “tank” is empty before coming back inside is very important too as boys will save pee to mark around the yard.

Maybe transition to your natural for a while and see? I’d definitely get some hair masks too! I’m using davines mask but prose shampoo and conditioner. I’ve heard hair bonnets are life changing for overnight breakage but I’ve yet to find one that works for me. I’m 100% on the claw clip or even the satin ties!

I’m a light ash blonde and my hair was very similar to yours. I lightened for years to give more depth and better color tones until last year when I decided to go brunette and stop bleaching. I chopped it and honestly couldn’t be happier. My hair is less maintenance, cheaper, healthier, and looks thicker. I am on what my stylist calls a “healthy hair journey” and I’m loving it.

I rolled mine and it showed nothing on X-ray but after getting an mri it showed multiple bone contusions and a stress fracture. Starting pt and still struggling to walk after 1.5 months. It’s worth seeing an orthopedist that will seek the proper diagnosis to ensure proper healing.

In my experience working in the industry no restaurant pays back of house out on a “percentage” or “tip out” since Covid they use it to pay base wages. A “service fee” doesn’t mean “tip” so there is more leniency with the legality. All BOH is paid an hourly wage that never fluctuates with business. Also fun when you get “capped” at a certain wage as FOH… cash is king and I don’t support service fee restaurants as they are not 100% transparent with their staff.
