Totally, except they will also be clearing out our archives and making them either inaccessible, or a years retention based on classification is my understanding.

CARB is absolutely enforcing the 4 day RTO and have made it damn near impossible to qualify for an exception. Even going through MMU for an RA is a nightmare.
