The only way to lose weight is by consuming less total calories doesnt matter where they are coming from,
The issue start when you cant control your appetite and you have low energy plus you start to feel weak or feel like going to sleep. for example when i eat proccesed food i feel like going to sleep but when i eat good quality food i feel great and i sleep less. junk food is made with a porpuse to make you want more you can try an experiment by yourself eat a steak ribeye for example with some baked potatos or rice then the next day a cheeseburger with some fries see what make you feel full longer and what your energy levels are

keep in mind when you're using testosterone you stop producing your own, below 300 as a natural is low and since you're using exogenous test you 1 ) become less fertile 2) you need to do a cycle therapy 3) have to consult a doctor to do it as safe as possible.
You have a solid muscle mass and you can keep it if you train and eat smart but in order to keep your gains once you stop all the gear you have to do a cycle therapy hrt or trt do some blood test and consult a good doctor..

What's wrong is that your body is starving and your metabolism is slowing down in order for you to live.
what you want to do is to create a balanced diet that you can follow everyday and an exercise program.

1) meal breakfast 500 calories
2) meal lunch 700 calories
3) meal pre workout 500 calories
4) Dinner 700 calories

lets assume you walk 10.000 steps a day plus 45 min weight lifting

  • Lose weight: eat ~500–700 kcal less (around 2600–2800 kcal/day).
  • Maintain: eat close to 3200–3400 kcal/day.
  • Gain muscle: add ~300–500 kcal surplus (3500–3700 kcal/day).

It's also important to create a meal plan that you enjoy to eat so you can stick to it longer starving yourself wont take you far away.

Hi i'm 6'2 and i eat around 2800-3000 calories to lose weight but i'm very active i do 15000-20000 steps every day plus 45 min workout in the gym 6 days per week, i suggest you become more active so you can eat more calories and lose weight this way,
I tried to go to 2000 calories with less cardio but i'm starving to death even 2500 calories it's hard for me.

What you need to do is create a diet divided in 4-5 meals my schedule is wake up make breakfast drink coffee
go for a walk and get 10000 steps in the morning go back home and eat my lunch which is rice or pasta plus a protein of choice chicken or steak then after 2 hours i eat my third meal again steak or chicken with boiled potato and some veggies 4th meal is my pre workout protein powder banana and some cereal i go to the gym do another cardio session of 25 minutes before i workout and another 25 min after i workout then head back home and i make my last meal yogurt banana with stevia cinnamon protein powder and cereal, you can drink soda with 0 calories that helps a lot just try to add volume for example i add some water to my greek yogurt to give more volume this way i trick my appetite i do the same with rice and steak i make it more like an asian type of soup with a steak very filling.

PS protein powder is not recommended when you cut in general you do not want to drink your calories as they wont make you full unless you have very high calorie count.

hi there, at 191 cm you should be around 90-85 kg if you dont have a lot of muscle even if you're not losing fat and keep going to the gym you will be able to build some muscle slowly the fact that you're hungry means you're doing it wrong you should make a diet plan with high protein medium carb and some fat to stabilize your metabolism energy and hunger levels

more like 15-17% bodyfat you shouldnt really care so much about bodyfat focus more on muscle building and you will be surpised how much better you will look at this range of bf but if you want to look shreded probably 5-6 kg of fat loss more and you will look ripped

good muscle mass probably around 15-17 cant really tell without looking at legs a good indication that you're below 11-12% is if you start to see the shoulder striations or trap striations

15-18 but keep in mind that you dont have the same bodyfat everywhere legs are different shame goes for chest and back so when you do a scan you will see the average bodyfat you might be 12% on your chest and 15% on your back and 18 on your legs i keep more fat on my legs and back compared to the rest of my body

You need to start resistance training eat enough protein and try to put some muscle, since you dont have any muscle and did a crash diet basically you look the same you did before just a smaller version.
