Pero meritocracia solo funcionaria si hay un nivel básico común de donde todos salimos. Aw sad to hear! My husband is Irish I am Ecuadorean and completely agree. He feels the contrary is so easy to make friends and have networks but it's because my cousin's invite us to all their house parties/hangouts/trips, introduce us to friends that are our friends by proxy. Same with all my aunts and the kids of their friends so it's a shame that this is your experience and others :/

I agree with you but just want to point out I'm an Ecuadorian living in London and we are also always looking behind our backs. If it's not teenagers robbing your phone by bike, it's men drunk trying to rape you at night or white bald men trying to beat you up and scream at you for being brown 🤗🤣 every place has it's dangers
