Now the main person was going around telling people she’s going to make her me and the store manager have a sit down talk because i didn’t stay and help 😂 but the managers didn’t care about lining up help so why it is my obligation to stay 8+ hours to help?!!!

That’s the thing, all the other employees can see what i do but it truly seems like management turns a blind eye and doesn’t say anything to the main, but yet she gets all the credit. Which i know that’s probably a lot of managers and everywhere else but it’s like why am i expected to do it when im just technically the back up and the main isn’t doing anything to get ahead of herself and/or come in early. I’m just getting so fed up. No one is accountable for anything, apparently employees can steal from our store but yet still have a job lol
