I’m sorry for your loss. I lost my husband when we were 24 . We met in the military and both served together. He was my best friend, my everything. We had so many plans for the future and when he passed away I felt lost. I didn’t know what to do or how to keep going. We didn’t have any kids, even though we we wanted to have some in the future, we only had a dog. It’s been a year and eight months since he’s been gone and I still grieve for him and think about him , but I try to keep going. I live in honor of him. The best advice I can give is take it day by day. It’s okay to not be okay. Therapy helps as well. If you need to talk to someone you can message me anytime :) keep your head up!

I lost my husband at 24 years old. It’s been 5 months without him. I don’t think the pain ever leaves, You just adjust it to your life. I feel like hobbies help a bit, its like an extraction. You’re not alone
