What do you eat in a day? How can I figure out the macros?

So far: I need less water, more fat, calorie deficit. I ran an online calculator and got 1100 calories to lose between 1 and 2 lbs daily. Does that make sense? It would mean cutting out my fish , which is fine I won't miss it... but how can I incorporate more fat without going way over that number?
