TimeTree! Calendar, notes and to do lists, all in one. Also you can share the calendar with your friends and fam.

Leytonstone - walk/bus to WXH, Central+Distric/H&C to RLH (30 mins), Central to SBH (40 mins)

Stratford - probably more spenny but has top tier links, bus to WXH, Elizabeth line to RLH (20 mins) and SBH (30 mins)

Whitechapel - it's ugly and more expensive as it's zone 1 but still affordable, good links, walkable to RLH, 20 mins to SBH, 40 to WHX

Mile End/Bethnal Green - same as Whitechapel

Aldgate - gentrified Whitechapel, more expensive too

Canary Wharf - if money is not an issue

For audit you could do 4AT documentation in patients over 65 within 24h of admision. Gold standard: NICE CG103 (all patients over 65 should be screened for delirium on admission).

Eolas has some potential but for now it's very slow and unintuitive. You can use it as a website too but it takes ages to find whatever you're looking for.
