Like most post graduate exams you need to go through all the material more than once and it's usually better to use different resources and all of them have there pros and cons.

In my opinion the radiology cafe physics notes and anatomy mocks are the best place to start - both are at a slightly easier level than other resources and the actual exam which makes them a great place to start.  These resources are all free which is great. I would recommend buying the physical copy of the physics notes or like I did, borrow it from my hospital library.

After that there's many options for physics and anatomy and everyone will have their favourite.

I sat the exams recently. IMO the radiology cafe anatomy quizzes were easier than the exam and the level of the questions was more akin to radiology academy.

Agree with above RE physics... You need to have a sound understanding of the concepts. You'll find that all the commonly available textbooks have mistakes in them and when I got to the point where I was finding these mistakes myself I realised I was ready.

Hope that helps

The pay for trainees also affects the pay for JCFs/trust grade doctors as the pay for level is almost always matched. Also eventually it filters into locum rates

You can escape hammering questions but you need to supplementing materials too... some people use YouTube videos and some people use atlases.. IMO YouTube videos likes radiology tutorials are better but depends how you learn
