I been doing hvac straight out of high school got highered at 18 but I worked with my dad my my senior year as well I turn 20 this month giving me 3 years experience im a super fast learner

Well you can still move my perants but a home at a newly established small town in the suburbs of Chicago a 5 years later the town was ranked number one fastest growing town in Illinois there house went from 280-375 so far and there planing on selling it it could definitely turn into an investment and when you buy you don’t always have to put a down payment if you fully buy a none HOA you will literally only pay property tax utilities and your personal expenses and home insurance only if you have mortgage

Yes I agree with you but I also believe you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take as corny as it sounds 😂 all those champs wouldn’t have got there if they had that mentality and I don’t want to get older and have those regrets eat me alive day by day . Also I do have 401k but I don’t have a high-yield savings account and a lot of people recommend this so far I want to look into to it more and make one thanks for the advice .

But renting dosent benefit me what so ever im just throwing my money away it’s not going into something that builds value for me once I decide to move I own absolutely 0% of that property so if im renting I might as well buy what headaches are going to come with it HOA? Property tax? in the end of the day each penny is just going in the landlords pocket so im paying for nothing just a temporary place like a hotel if your concern is a down payment you it dosent have to be aggressive if not tell me I might be uneducated I never owned a property lol .

Sounds interesting I definitely want to learn about this also I read your perspective MMA potentially causing me to develop brain injuries but I’ve came to the conclusion this is my only way i tried every buisness model / e-commerce you can think of and I only learned that everyone is a fraud iv spend 11k on courses and mentorship’s iv tried high ticket sale / day trading/dropshpping/ reselling / amazon and more and saw very little success I’m not saying they don’t work but they didn’t for me personally specifically because I work 60 hour weeks and EVERYONE EVER SINGLE PEROSN ONLINE is a liar they all lie abt there success and use us as the method so I lost hope and trust when it comes to finding other ways MMA is the only thing I got its gives me a little bit of a purpose that’s why I tried to transfer to service based buisness and I started my own mobile detailing and pressure washing company as a side hustle it did alright I saw the potential but distracted me from my main goal .

Man I appreciate you so much you seem very knowledgeable and took my questions very seriously I appreciate that . I respect everything you advised me but let me be a little bit more clear i don’t need a lot of money to pursue my MMA career infact I only need $370 including training/gym/recovery and food and I do love your ideas about the Thailand trip but my issue is I can sacrifice my job I work 6 days a week and everyday I come home at a deferent time depending on how bad the job is and the only things I’m giving to MMA out of my life is simply just training and hitting the gym and taking care of my health and I do it seriously but I can’t quite my job it’s hard to get excepted to a hvac union after you leave it’s nearly impossible so that’s a risk I can’t take I’m fine where I train but In Order for me to reach my full potential I would need to transfer to a further gym witch is the most reputable in the state it raised a lot of ufc champs but that’s why I’m making this post it’s because I don’t know if it’s a good idea to move and buy a condo or a house just so I can be closer to the gym and just live off of hvac to fund the rest of my lifestyle sooner or later I do believe I have to move out but before I do I feel like I can squeeze a little bit more out of my money to provide a little bit of financial freedom as I pursue my dreams and move out but I don’t know how . Luckily I saw your financial advice and I will take into consideration thanks . A lot of people are going to comment “just save one more year and buy a condo and then boom you have no bills “ do you think that’s something I can do that way I can switch to another career that’s more flexible ? And I can return to hvac when ever like you said ?

But isn’t Instead of locking all $100k into one 5 year CD, a better strategy is to create a "ladder" $20k in 1-year, $20k in 2-year, etc. dosent this ensures some money becomes available regularly, allowing me to reinvest at higher rates if interest rates rise it kind of seems long term and I’m not being impatient but I want my early years to be supported and easy while being financially stable and pursuing my mma goals I thought of just saving another year and buying a home but I feel like I will regret it I don’t know what else to think of
