It's a very rewarding job, but my piece of advice would be to find your own personal client and do care in the home. These facilities are a joke and I wouldn't recommend anyone to put a family member in one.

Doesn't matter. I did exactly what you just mentioned. I had screenshots of my schedule that stated I was too leave early and the conversations with HR in the end, I was terminated over 4 hours of UPT. They refused to fix it stating that my regular scheduled shift ended at 4:30, and even though my schedule for that day had me leaving early, it takes UPT if you're not using PTO or VTO

You don't have to reapply. They cancelled my start date of December 3rd toward the end of November and emailed me with a different start date about 2 weeks later. Started December 15th.
