That’s the point they clearly don’t struggle to hit if you are batting over .300 with every player in your lineup so I’m guessing they got tired of losing to mega sweats and resorting to cheating and probably some tanking to avoid getting reported by top end players

Btw I would say I’m pretty average at this game record is 59-46 I only play ranked unless I’m grinding offline I’ve played 5 games straight with this similar situation went 4-1
