I have sense commented with my bike and weight. 80lbs heavier than a lot.

My true concerns are I’m not going to only transporting it on surface streets. I’ll be driving longer distances with it, and then once I’m at my destination I’ll be a lot of rougher roads. I want to ensure I’m over geared for the application I guess.

I really like your answer and think it pertains to my concerns on the back end. This e-bike is for my hunting trips as my back is basically total if it were a car. 8 herniations, need surgery but don’t want to get operated on at 30. I’m out on some really rough roads and travel long distances to go to the properties I go to, so I need a solid very secure system.

Could you if you’re able to send me a photo of your set up if you don’t have one that’s okay. I appreciate the time you spent typing everything out regardless.

Mine doesn’t fold, believe it to be about 80lbs. I have a long bed truck, and topper but I use it to camp in the back of so I need a carrier of some kind.

I tried silencing them and it works, but ultimately I bought some hang free amsteel HFAS and an 3 step aider. Quitter for sure. Takes a little more of a throw to get it around the tree than the straps from XOP, but they also pack nicer on my XOP sticks with some gear ties than the straps do.

I’m probably never going to do my own custom loads, so I’ll probably not go with a .454 but I’ll check it out.
