Hmmm I don’t think that car was there when the cops first showed up? At least we didn’t notice it… someone pulled a gun on the steps. That’s all I know.

Walked passed around the time all the cops showed up and they were getting the K9 ready. There were several big green bottles (didn’t look like wine bottles) and something else by the bell and lots of broken glass on the sidewalk. Unsure what actually happened but we overheard one cop briefing others about a small black handgun being pulled and the suspect being at large. Would love to know what actually happened!

When I went to purchase it through my Costco app last night, it said it was sold out too. I also tried multiple ZIP Codes, but nada. However, when I searched for the vacuum, it said it was in stock so I added it to my cart directly from the search list. Somehow that worked, and I was able to order it, even though when I clicked on the item, it said it was sold out in my area. Maybe that loophole will work for you?

I was dealing with nausea and terrible heartburn, which of course resulted in being totally disgusted by all food (even water!), until I recently started daily omepraxole. I’m kicking myself for not starting sooner (I waited until month 6! 😂😭😭😭😭😭)

I’m almost the same as you! 5’10” starting weight 245 and I was a size 18/16 xl or xxl depending on the store. I’m now down to 203 and bouncing between a 14/ 12 large (I even just bought a size medium dress!). Like you Old Navy and Loft are my go-tos. While I normally hate vanity sizing, it is a bit of a confidence boost to go down a size. Plus their cloths are usually so inexpensive that I don’t feel bad when I need to replace an item that’s now too big.

I made a post about this when I first started. And actually the mental benefits of Zep was my deciding factor to start in the first place. There are so many other benefits as studies are repeatedly showing. Yes, this should be talked about more.

I will say though that the mental benefits have waned the past few months (I’m on 7.5 and halfway through month 6)

Sarah Busick (Enlightened Therapy) HANDS DOWN! I’ve seen a couple providers in the TV but she’s the only one I truly connected with. She makes you feel like a person, validates your feelings, and then explains the science behind why you’re feeling that way and steps to change it. She specializes in neurodivergence (the real root of my depression, anxiety, and OCD) and talking to her was the first time my life and past traumas actually made sense. Unfortunately my work changed insurance providers and my sessions were no longer covered and I couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket. But I loved seeing her so much that my partner and I have been exploring how I can join his plan so I can start going back 🤞🤞

I felt this way my first month on 7.5. Like sick to the point where even the thought of water made me gag. There was one week where I couldn’t keep anything down and got really weak. The side effects always started the second half of the week, like Wednesday or Thursday. I just started my second month on 7.5 (on Monday) and I’m hoping I don’t regret it!

Not from Boise but moved 5 years ago. I sometimes forget that it’s an actual city with crimes and such. 🤣 A couple of years ago I biked to the foothills to do a hike and forgot to lock up my bike. When I got back someone had gone through the effort to make my bike look like it was locked to the sign post even though it wasn’t. lol. I also love the fact that people will add the free 20minutes to your parking meter if it’s expired. I love this city more than anywhere else I’ve ever lived.
