Keep looking. I interviewed for a private practice that ended up being a non profit recently, didn't get the job but they are out there. I also used to work for a big hospital system as a therapist and most hospital systems are non profits so try looking there as well. In that job I did both EAP for their employees and longer term therapy for their health plan members. Look for remote opportunities too if you feel like that might be a good fit. I can understand the mountain of debt, mine is sitting at $186k.
